Shipping InformationThe Yahoo Invoice System tallies the weight of all items on your order, then checks the freight rate with your chosen shipping method. Since Marko primarily uses United Parcel Service for deliveries, their limit per order weight is 150 pounds. If you have multiple items that tally over 150 pounds, you will get an error message telling you to chose another shipping method. We have added Motor Freight as an option in this instance; however, if you wish to use UPS Shipping instead, you will need to break your order up into smaller orders so the weights tally under 150 pounds. This is a Yahoo Store invoice limitation with no work-around. If you find this to be inconvenient, please call us directly with your order: 1-866-466-2756 (toll free). Return Policy No credits will be issued for returns without authorization number. Call toll free 1-866-466-2756 to obtain authorization. If you purchase an item from our store and it is absolutely not what you thought it would be, then we will issue a UPS call tag for pickup of the item. Due to the very low markup on our internet items, we will ask for you to pay for the return freight. Your card will be credited, with the exception of the UPS charge, when we receive the item back in good condition. Damage Policy If your order arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and UPS will return it to us. Call toll free 1-866-466-2756 immediately to report the damage. As soon as the damaged product is returned to us, we will re-ship your order with fresh item(s). If your product is found to be damaged on the inside of the shipping container (concealed damage) after delivery is made, you must call us toll free, 1-866-466-2756, to report the damage. We will issue a UPS Call Tag to pick up your original shipment and have it returned to us, then re-ship your order at no cost to you. The damaged product must be in its original packaging.
