Test strips for checking the concentration of quaternary sanitizing tablets (Steramine disinfectant)in rinse water. This is a Health Department requirement for all food service industries in South Carolina. Immerse one strip in solution for ten seconds and compare when wet with enclosed color chart for 200 parts per million, the concentration specified for sanitizing. NOTE: 20 kits will equal about 1 lb. UPS's minimum charge is for a 1 lb. shipment. Purchasing multiple kits will lower your overall cost.
